Tarkeshwar Mahadev Temple is situated in the village of Tarkeshwar; hence, the temple is known as Tarkeshwar Mahadev Mandir in Jaipur. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and was built in 1758 A.D. Shivling of Tarkeshwar Mahadev is made of black stone. It has a 9 diameter and every Monday is the day of special worship of Lord Shiva. The temple celebrates Maha Shivratri, Diwali, Annakuta and Nrisingh Leela.
