Masala Chowk, in Ram Niwas Garden, is a hygienic open-air food court gathering many of Jaipur's iconic street-food vendors in one place — from pyaaz kachori and golgappe to lassi, chaat and Rajasthani sweets. It is an ideal spot to sample the city's flavours in a relaxed setting.
